Cory A. Booker, Mayor, City of Newark, NJ, and Anatol Hiller Pres. Premier Development, will be receiving honorary doctorate degrees at the Rabbinical College of America’s celebration of The Dawn Of A New Growth.

Governor Richard Codey, First Lady Mary Jo Codey and Ms. Sherry Wilzig Izak were awarded honorary doctorate degrees at the 50th Jubilee Celebration of the Rabbinical College of America.

At the New Jersey State House, a 16-foot Menorah will be lit this Chanukah following a ceremony with Governor Jon Corzine, "This is the 26th consecutive year that the College has organized this Menorah lighting with the participation of Governors of both sides of the aisle." said Dean Rabbi Herson.
