The Rabbinical College of America is making Shmurah Matzoh available to the Jewish community in New Jersey at cost price, as a community service. These round, hand-baked matzohs are made from wheat that has been protected, since harvesting, from contact with water to prevent leavening.
Shmurah Matzoh is referred to as "Bread of faith and bread of healing" in the Zohar, the classic work of Kabbalah.
The Lubavitcher Rebbe, of blessed memory, Rabbi Menachem M. Schneerson always urged the use of Shmurah Matzoh at least during the Seder nights, in accordance with Jewish tradition.
Orders are to be placed immediately by calling the Rabbinical College of America at (973) 267-9404.
A similar service is being provided by the College's 45 regional offices and institutions throughout New Jersey. Further information can be obtained by calling the College at the above number.
In addition, Shmurah Matzoh is being distributed in hospitals, nursing homes, on college campuses and to the indigent.
