A group of over fifty from Brazil arrived today for a special six week program. Although groups visit almost annually from South America, this is the first time that such large group is staying for such an extended period.
Meeting the needs of such a group is no simple feat. In order to accommodate the group, the yeshiva had to engineered a special program. This includes special prayer services, and even special classes in Portuguese. For this, the yeshiva enlisted the help of many students and alumni who speak Portuguese. And of course, the group will be made comfortable in the yeshiva's newly renovated dormitory, and well fed in its acclaimed dining hall.
The RCA welcomes all of the visitors and is sure they will find their stay enjoyable and enriching.
